La nuova messa a vento in continuo è stata realizzata grazie ad un’esperienza di oltre 45 anni nel settore messa a vento in continuo e spremitrici. Questa macchina consente di ottenere un prodotto qualitativamente superiore a quello derivante dall’utilizzo dei sistemi tradizionali.

Features

MVC 4S VERSUS DR E-POWER è stata progettata per l’asciugatura e apertura delle pelli grazie ai due cilindri a lame in entrata + 4 cilindri pressanti di asciugatura + 2 ulteriori cilindri a lame in uscita (disponibile anche la versione con cilindro caldo in uscita).
MVC 4S VERSUS DR E-POWER è provvista di 2 cilindri a lame indipendenti dopo l’asciugatura tramite feltri, questo garantisce un incremento di apertura della pelle del 2-3% e la totale rimozione delle marcature dei feltri.

MVC 4S VERSUS DR E-POWER designed for setting out and sammying process with 2 blade cylinder + 4 sammying cylinder + 2 blade cylinder (also available with hot cylinder in the exit of machinery).
MVC 4S VERSUS DR E-POWER is provided with 2 independent blade cylinders installed after sammmying by felts unit, operating on the leather by increasing the area and removing felts's mark and an increasing of opening of the leather of 2-3%.

This function is to set the speed of belts and felts, in order to increase the opening of the leather thanks to the difference of entrance and exit

Questa funzione regola lo spessore delle pelli e la velocità di rotazione dei cilindri a lame da 500-1500 rpm
