Privacy & Cookies Policy

Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 – Personal Data Protection Code – Privacy Code herein, Bauce Tri.ma Srl, being the data processing holder (hereinafter the Company or Bauce), wishes to provide you, as a user of this website, with certain information about the manner in which the data you provide or which is gathered while surfing the site (hereinafter the Site) is processed. The processing of any personal data that is gathered while surfing the site is subject to the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter the Policy). The Policy is only applied to the data that is gathered through this Site and is not applied to any data processing carried out by other parties that are connected to the Site through the links, whose data processing will be subject to their own respective policies, and which we invite you to read carefully should you visit their sites. The information given in the Site could be altered by the Company at any time and for any reason without any prior notice.


Data processing

The Site does not process the personal data nor carry out any sort of processing without the knowledge of the user (so-called hidden processing). It does not use any technology that could invade the person’s privacy and does not “search” in hiding into the user’s computer. The only personal data that are processed are those that are provided spontaneously by the user. Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right to accessing personal data and other rights

1. The person concerned has the right to confirmation as to whether the personal data exists even if it has not been registered and to receive an intelligible version.

2. The person concerned has the right to information as to:
a) where the personal data originated;
b) the purpose and method of processing;
c) the logic applied if electronic instruments are used;
d) the details of the data processing holder, managers and appointed representative as per article 5(2);
e) the bodies or categories of bodies that the personal data could be communicated to or who could gain knowledge of in their position as appointed representative in the country, or as managers or assignees.

3. The person concerned has the right:
a) to have the data updated, rectified or integrated if required;
b) to have the data cancelled, transformed into anonymous form or blocked that are processed in violation of law, including those that do not need conserving for the purposes for which the data were originally collected and processed;
c) to receive confirmation that the operations at letters a) and b) have been notified in their terms and contents to all those parties that had previously received them, except in those cases where it is impossible or requires means that are out of proportion to the protected right.

4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, fully or partially:
a) or legitimate reasons that the personal data be processed, even if they are pertinent to the purpose for which they were collected;
b) the personal data being processed for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales materials, or for carrying out market surveys and for commercial communications.


Use of cookies and log files

When access is gained to this Site, or any site that is linked to it, the data on your computer could be saved as a “cookie” to enable customising the website so that it better corresponds to your interests and preferences.

The Company could use the cookie technology to carry out statistics surveys on the Site. The web pages in the Site and their contents (for example: texts, pictures, graphics, etc.) are protected by Bauce’s copyright. Therefore they may not be reproduced, duplicated, published or transmitted (totally or partially) in any form or using any means. No reproductions of the Site or its contents can be sold or distributed for commercial reasons. Material can only be downloaded from the Site if it is expressly authorised in the web pages. In all events, any contents of the site cannot be interpreted as an express or tacit licence in favour of third parties to use the Bauce brand, the texts, pictures, graphics or other elements covered by copyright as outlined herein.
